You may use our store only for lawful purposes.

PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately.

Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear. Natural materials may show variations in grain, texture and tone.

Briury offers genuine leather and vegan leather products. The material stated on the individual product page applies to that product.

PRICES AND CURRENCIES

Prices can change without notice.

Where different currencies are displayed, conversions may be estimated or provided by Shopify Markets and payment partners. Your bank may apply its own conversion rate or fees.

The final price payable will be displayed at checkout.

PROMOTIONS

WELCOME10 provides 10% off an eligible first order.

Promotional codes:

• Cannot normally be combined
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May exclude selected products
• May have eligibility or expiry conditions
• May be changed or withdrawn where permitted

Misuse of a promotion may result in an order being cancelled.

PAYMENTS

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is accepted.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and processed through Shopify and the selected payment provider.

ORDERS

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order request.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the purchase contract is accepted when the order is dispatched.

We may cancel or limit an order because of:

• Payment problems
• Suspected fraud
• Incorrect inventory
• Pricing or description errors
• Delivery restrictions
• Misuse of promotional offers

If we cancel a paid order, the cancelled amount will be refunded.

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Delivery estimates, tracking and international charges are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by events outside our reasonable control.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Unless checkout clearly states otherwise, international import duties, taxes and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the order.

The Briury name, logo, original photography, generated brand imagery, website design, written content and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

They cannot be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without written permission.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party websites. Their own terms and policies apply.

REVIEWS AND SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you submit a product review, photograph or other content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it
• It is accurate and lawful
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• It does not contain harmful code

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the store accurate and available. However, temporary errors, interruptions or maintenance may occur.
